At SUNJOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
